We meet and coordinate with trusted vendors and take care of those “someone needs to be home” appointments — giving you more freedom and fewer scheduling headaches.

Home Refresh
Monthly Maintenance & Light Cleaning

It’s easy for months to slip by — but small tasks left undone can lead to smelly drains, mold, or costly repairs. Our monthly Home Refresh quietly handles essential upkeep like cleaning faucet aerators and washer dispensers, flushing each drain (no unclogging), checking appliances and ice makers, emptying dryer filters, and flushing the air handler drain line (no suction). We also inspect for leaks and check the air handler filter to help prevent bigger issues down the road.

To keep your home pleasant between professional cleanings, we perform light touch-ups — surface dusting, counter wipe-downs, and quick vacuuming of visible areas — the small details that keep your space feeling fresh and cared for.

As an optional preventive measure, we can apply a light exterior liquid pest barrier and look for visible signs of pests — though we are not a licensed pest control provider.
